Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the Sandync.Live Discord bot and website (the “Service”). By adding the bot to a Discord server or using its commands, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Sandync.Live lets server administrators display the live status of game servers inside Discord. The Service is provided free of charge and “as is”, without warranties of any kind.

2. Acceptable use

• You must comply with the Discord Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
• You may only monitor game servers you own or are authorised to query.
• You must not use the Service to overload, attack, or disrupt any system, or to register an excessive number of targets for abusive purposes.

3. Availability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service, and may remove any monitor or remove the bot from any server, at any time and without notice.

4. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sandync.Live and its operator are not liable for any damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Service, including any inaccuracy in displayed server status.

5. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
