Stop answering “is the server up?”

Sandync.Live pins one always-current status card in your Discord — online state, live players, map, and ping — and quietly refreshes it every 60 seconds. Your community stops asking. The channel just shows the truth.

01 Overview

One channel message that's always right

A free Discord bot that turns one channel message into a live dashboard for your game server. Instead of people asking "is it up? how many on?", they glance at one always-current card: a green or red status with ping, a live player count with a fill bar, and the current map. It updates itself in the same message every ~60 seconds — so your channel stays clean and the answer is always right there. Works with 25+ games: Counter-Strike 2, Rust, Minecraft, ARK, Valheim, FiveM, Palworld, TeamSpeak, and the long tail behind them.

02 The problem

The loop every server owner knows

If you run a server, you live this every day. The information your community needs already exists — it's just never where they're looking.

  • "server down??" at 2am — when it's been up the whole time.
  • A pinned message someone typed three weeks ago that nobody trusts anymore.
  • Members alt-tabbing to a server-list site just to decide whether it's worth logging on.
  • Mods answering the same question all day, becoming a human status page.
  • Nobody hops on, because nobody can tell at a glance if anyone's already playing.
03 The fix

The fix: one card, always true

Run one command and you're done. Sandync.Live posts a status card to the channel and adopts it as the single source of truth. Every ~60 seconds it quietly re-queries your server and edits that same message in place — players tick up and down, the map changes, the ping dot goes green to yellow to red — without ever pushing a new notification. A live "next update" countdown shows it's breathing, not frozen. Impatient? One Refresh button re-checks on demand. For Steam games, a one-click Join button drops players straight onto the server. The whole thing is read-only: it watches your server and reflects it. Nothing to babysit.

04 Outcomes

What changes after you add it

The question disappears

Members glance at the channel, see the truth, and either jump in or wait — no human in the loop. The pin is never stale because there is no pin to go stale.

Mods get their day back

"Check the card" replaces re-answering the same question. You stop being the on-call status page for your own server.

More people actually play

When members can see 21/24 online at a glance, they hop on instead of assuming it's dead. Live players and the current map do the selling for you.

The calm travels across regions

The card renders automatically in your server's own language, so every member reads the same clear answer wherever they are.

05 The card

Everything in the card

📡

Live status + ping

Online or offline, with a color-coded latency dot — green, yellow, or red — so reachability reads at a glance.

👥

Player count + fill bar

A live count with a visual bar so a packed or empty server reads instantly, plus the map currently in play.

♻️

Auto-refresh, zero spam

One message edited in place every ~60 seconds. Members never get a notification from the refresh loop.

🔄

Refresh + Join buttons

One tap for an instant re-check. For Steam games — CS2, Rust, ARK, Valheim, Palworld and more — one tap to join.

📊

/stats on demand

24h uptime %, peak and average players, and a trend sparkline — so you can see your real prime time.

🌍

11 languages, 30 servers

The card renders in your server's language automatically. Monitor up to 30 servers from one Discord.

06 Setup

Set it up in seconds

1

Add the bot

Add Sandync.Live to your Discord with one click. It asks for almost nothing — just permission to post and edit its own card.

2

Pick a channel

Go to the channel where you want the status card to live. Anywhere your community already looks works best.

3

Run one command

Run /setup-monitor with your game, IP, and query port. The card posts instantly and starts refreshing itself. That's it.

/setup-monitor cs2 203.0.113.10 27015

Need more servers? Run it again — up to 30 per Discord. Remove any with /remove-monitor, which wipes the card and everything stored for it. Setup needs the Manage Server permission, so only your staff can add or remove monitors.

07 Trust

Built to be trusted

Reliability isn't a tagline here — it's the design. Sandync.Live is reading status, so it's built like it: the kind of bot you add once and forget is even there.

Least-privilege by default

No message-content intent — it never reads your members' messages. It only posts and edits its own status card.

Privacy-first

It keeps only what it needs — the channel and message it manages, the server address you give it, and who set it up. No DMs, no message content, no tracking, no ads.

Hardened against SSRF

Every address is validated against loopback, private, CGNAT, link-local and cloud-metadata ranges — IPv4 and IPv6, with DNS-rebinding mitigated — before a single packet is sent.

EU-hosted, resilient

Hosted in Germany. It rides out restarts gracefully without ever losing your monitors, and recovers on its own from transient network blips.

08 FAQ

Questions, answered

Yes — free to add, free to run, no ads, no upsell, no paid tier gating the basics. Monitor up to 30 servers per Discord.

No. It edits one single message in place. The count, map, and ping change; a new notification never fires.

No. It has no message-content access and keeps no personal profile data — just the IDs it manages, the server address you point it at, and who set it up.

25 of the most-played games — Counter-Strike 2, Rust, Minecraft, ARK, DayZ, 7 Days to Die, Project Zomboid, Valheim, Palworld, ARMA 3, and more. Don't see yours? Ask and we'll add it from the 350+ the query engine speaks.

Use the query port in /setup-monitor. For some games it differs — ARK's is 27015, Valheim's is the game port + 1. If the address is wrong, the bot tells you on setup instead of posting a broken card.
